If you are looking for something to tailor the process to the project, RUP has the "development case", which is basically the RUP "configuration" you're going to use on the particular project (which artifacts are needed, which roles, etc.)<BR/>There's something similar in CMMi, in the Integrated Project Management +IPPD: "The integrated and defined process that is tailored from the<BR/>organization’s set of standard processes is called the project’s defined<BR/>process.".
